Enjoy this lovely lakefront condo at Mariners Landing. Both bedroom have a queen. Balcony windows will open fully on Beautiful days.

I have another condo at this location. It’s ID # 653544, 7862964, 9470336 you can take a look at my reviews at that location.

The two-bedroom is overlooking beautiful Smith Mountain Lake and has a gorgeous view of the Mountains. The kitchen is complete with a full-size stovetop oven, dishwasher, and a full-size refrigerator, and washer/dryer sleeps 4
Condos stocked with dishes, silverware, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and all linens.

Amenities cost (Club Fee) Oct 1, - April 30 $20 a day. May 1 to Sep 30 $30 a day.
Amenities include beautiful walking/biking trails, golfing, beaches, outside pool, indoor pool, cable, tennis courts. (pickle ball courts comings soon), fitness room, Day dock-slips, and internet. Boat ramp access is included. Trailer parking and boat dock fees are $50 first night $25 each additional day.

Don't feel like cooking? Eat at one of Mariner's delicious restaurants.
The Landing Restaurant is the perfect place to to have an upscale dinner using locally sourced ingredients to create chef inspired Peruvian cuisine.
Bruno‘s Clubhouse Bistro is the perfect place for lunch, afternoon snacks, or dinner. The menu consists of hand patted burgers and Artisan pizzas with prices that will please both families and friends alike.

Golfers enjoy the semi-private 18 hole championship golf course, an original design by the late Robert Trent Jones Sr.

Last minute girls trip

We were actually scheduled to go to Florida when a hurricane was coming. I had been to SML and decided to head there. Perfect decision! The condo was clean, beds comfortable, and loved the balcony. We enjoyed both the lake and pool. When the hurricane started north we decided to extend our stay to keep from having to drive through it. I sent a text, fortunately the condo was available and was seamlessly booked for the extra 2 days. Only criticism was the pool and hot tub could have used a good cleaning and we could have used some kitchen towels. I would definitely go back.

Great place to stay

Couldn't have asked for a better spot to stay or a better host. Great view of the docks/lake. Which was a huge plus since we docked are boat for our stay and could keep an eye on it from our balcony. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful condo, awesome views and great amenities

Condo was extremely nice and very clean and well stocked for cooking. Views from outdoor coach were amazing and very comfortable! Area is very walkable and enjoyed the tennis courts, pool and beach. Looking forward to returning.

Great Lake Stay

We visited for a long weekend to enjoy the lake and participate in the SML Triathlon. Excellent location for both. Condo was wonderful and staff at the property were incredibly friendly. We very much enjoyed our stay and plan to come back soon!
