"The staff was very friendly and the breakfast staff worked their butts off! It was hot & delicious every morning. The indoor pool was not heated and the hot tub was torn up for improvements. A couple of the work out machines were down as well. Our mattress was well worn down and could have used an upgrade but the room was very clean as well as the common areas."

"Room was dirty. Can't unsee what I saw on the lightswitch covers. Woke at 4 a.m. to get to the airport and found a $18 ticket on my windshield for overnight parking. Not once did anyone at the hotel mention that guests are expected to pay for parking. Never again."

"The Manager was amazing. However the property is run down, the beds/pillows were horrible, and our room was not clean and smelled like a smokers room. I had to keep my shoes on at all times because my feet stuck to the dirty floor. Staff was extremely responsive and amazing trying to maintain the concerns of guests by managing a run down, old, dirty facility to the best of their abilities. No iron, blow dryer, or other amenities that we needed. Was afraid to sleep in the sheets. Checked out a day early and found a better hotel. Unfortunately we lost money but it was worth actually getting a good night's rest and having a clean room. "

"New hotel, airport shuttle, large clean room with amazing view of mountains in the distance. Free breakfast and plug in available for car if needed! A study area with TV and sitting area with a view available on the 2nd floor. Traveled for two nights for a wedding perfect location for us"
