"Beautiful property. Most of the staff polite and highly accommodating. Unfortunately we arrived to find a backed up toilet, air conditioning cut out repeatedly. One staff member was very rude. As we are disabled we had to ask for ice to be brought to the room. Treated great except one staffer on the second night repeatedly promised to get ice to the room but after 2 hours of calling and waiting, at 1am we finally went to sleep. With a little more care by engineering and tossing out one person it would have been delightful "
