It’s a terrible hotel I’m never come back again.

The bedroom smells really bad, the walls are moldy in many places, the bathroom is moldy, the bathroom door is rotten,I'm not recommend to any travel to stay in this hotel unless you really want it think twice

So very well located, and the front counter staff are unobtrusive but extremely helpfull and friendly. The lady who cleans the rooms brightens the day with a magic gleaming smile as we ascend or descend the stairs. This epitomises the whole atmosphere at Casablanca; a happy smiling good place to be. Reasonable tariffs and great food at the adjacent restaurant, complete a nice package.

Very nice

Good location. The room was cleaned daily and our towels were changed every day as well. Girls at the reception speak English very well and are super friendly and helpful. They offered us tea and coffee before our onward trip. Thanks again!

Overall great experience

My room was clean and comfortable A/C and WIFI were good. The hotel is in a good location restaurants, bars and everything you need within walking distance. They have a restaurant in the lobby and the food tasted great. The staff is amazing and friendly during my stay it was National Women's Day in Vietnam and they invited me for food and drinks to celebrate. Overall great experience would recommend and great value.

Nice but not very memorable

The staff was very helpful when it came to recommendations for dinner, as well as giving information about the town and how to get to the various attractions. The hotel itself was in a great location, everywhere was walkable but the street was quieter than those around it.

The receptionists were extremely helpful and caring people. the rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. had some english tv channels and the wifi was good and helped us book our bus. very nice stay!

Overall our stay was fine, we found the staff to be a bit unusual and unwelcoming and the room was a bit grubby (looks nothing like the photos on the website). However it was cheap and so we weren't overally worried with the quality.

Very nice stay, super staff

Our room was very clean and quite comfortable. Good location. The staff is amazing, very friendly and helpful, they did their best to make our stay enjoyable and they even let us take a shower before taking our night train. I would recommend this place, this is a good value.

The receptionist is amazing. She is really friendly and professional. However I am not satisfied with the cleaness of the room. Toilet Stuffs are not enough. Towers are not clean. The air-conditioning is quite old and noisy. Tv remote was runout of battery.
