“This is an older property that has received some upgrading. For the price it was adequate for our overnight stay.”

“Just stayed two nights dont waste your money.. Lady at desk was tweaking out on drugs or something Carpet in room was disgusting it felt grimy and sticky Coffee pot doesn't work Bed sheets had stains and black hair in it along with god knows what Bathroom was absolutely dirty .. Stay else where”

“The pool was closed with no advance notice. This property is not the quality of the name Wyndham! There are many other decent choices in Hannibal! Such a shame because it originally was a wonderful complex - now it is in disrepair!”

“Easy to find. Convenient to Mississippi River. Clean and quiet. Good breakfast.”

“I’m so glad I stayed at this charming and historic bed & breakfast just a few blocks away from the riverfront in my favorite little old town of Hannibal. Everything was within walking distance and it felt a little like going back in time. I highly recommend the Garden House B&B for the authentic Hannibal experience!”
