“This is the most satisfying hotel I have ever stayed in. The room comes with a kitchen, which is new and fully equipped, so we can enjoy self-cooked dinner and breakfast. But there is also a 24-hour hotel front desk service. The service staff are young and very friendly to help guests. There are lockers for storing luggage and seats for guests to rest. “Check in was a bit of a hassle. We never received the mandatory checkin email, which required chatting with hotels.com to resolve the issue. We tried to call the smartflats people after receiving the number from hotels.com (the one on the website is disconnected) directly and were put on hold (while we were chatting with hotels.com) and after 15 minutes of being on hold, we hung up. Es gibt auch kein 24 Stunden Front Desk. Als wir gebucht hatten, stand sogar noch dabei, dass man die ganze Unterkunft alleine zur Verfügung hat, das stimmt aber nicht, es ist nur ein Zimmer.
