Well situated average accomodation, good amenities. Position at a very noisy street, no Aircon only a fan that is very noisy. Definitely can do with some renovating and refreshing.

This was a great property to stay at and convenient to everything. The lighting in the room could be brighter and my card would not work one day (I had a few issues getting ahold of someone to let me in) but the room was perfect with a little kitchen and lots of space to spread out. Very convenient to train and sites. Great spot that I would recommend.

It is located in a ver centric place. Perhaps there osññis some noise Thursday nights due to the young people having parties but nothing serious. Is it clean, confortable and cozy.

Thr location is great. It's close to alot of sights in Leuven. The room looked poor. Seats look worn off, broken handle, hair in the bathroom sink. I was really disappointed. Other than that the room was clean. The sofa bed is hard and makes alot of sound as you move around.

Don’t stay next to the lift, good otherwise

The apartment was clean and tidy however our particular apartment was near the lift and whilst you expect some noise from the lift ping, people talking etc this was crazy. Every time the lift was in operation it make creaking and clunking noises whilst it was moving that kept me and my family awake all night. I informed the reception and eventually received a reply saying sorry but not how they would address the issue. Everything else was very good but the main thing with an apartment or hotel is to get a good nights sleep but this was impossible in apartment 506, if you stay here make sure you are not near the lift, I’m sure you will have a good stay if you are not next to the lift as everything else is very good.

Comfortable and well-located

This place was comfortable and has a great location. The apartment was clean and it's large and comfortable for a family of 4 people. My only suggestion for improvement is to work on the decor. It really looks like a single man with the taste of a teenager decorated it. The TV was mysteriously placed on top of a bookshelf, everything was gray or black and the art was hung really close to the ceiling. Employing an interior decorator with know-how on decorating for the hospitality industry would be a big gain. In the bathroom there's no shelf to place a makeup bag and the mirror is hung so high, you need a stool to see yourself in the mirror if you're shorter than 1.70 m. Again, a complete disregard to female guests who need to do hair and makeup.

Good stay, but hope you don’t face any issue

We stayed for a total of 4 nights and then another 2 nights. Our first stay was flawless, from check in to check out, with the room being really good. For our second stay of 2 nights, the elevator was broken and we were at 5th floor which was not at all comfortable. The person at the reception was kind to help us with our bag. Also for our second visit, the shower was broken with a leak and we could shower with a very slow flow. Because the reception is manned only during 3-8, we could not even complain to them about the shower. Overall it’s a decent place to live, just that because of resource constraints, if you face issues they won’t be resolved quickly.

Great location, poor experience

This is a very well located hotel that is only a few minutes walk from some great food spots - however the hotel seems to have gone downhill since my stay in 2019. We were not given the room we booked, and when I questioned it the receptionist insisted it was correct (but I had booked a room with a double bed and we were given twin beds). The room was also very loud and as mentioned by other reviewers, you can hear music and shouting from a nearby venue. It's also very loud in terms of noise from the apartments above, and our room was also right next to the lift shaft so we had to listen to the constant squeaking of that at all hours. The decoration is also quite poor with some very odd images of topless men breaking eggs in the lift. The hallway to the apartments also smelled like rubbish throughout our stay though thankfully that did not spread to the apartment.

Leuven is a wonderful town, full of young people, not far from Brussels. Location of apartment is great! Fully stocked with kitchen - microwave, dishes, refrigerator, all necessities! Clean, safe, even a few secured parking spaces. Really great for travelers! Reception hours are quite limited, but easy to reach by phone. Enjoy Leuven!!
