Location, location, location!!! Everview boasts one of the best locations in beautiful Palmas del Mar Resort. Overlooking Vieques Island to the east, this renovated condo in the Palmas del Mar gated community in Humacao, PR is located between the beach and the communtiy pool and faces the 4th hole of the Palmas Beach Golf Course. Step out of the living room and onto the beach in just seconds to take an early morning walk around the property or an evening stroll along the beach.

This 2 bedroom villa features a king bed, 2 twin beds and a full size sofa bed, as well as 2 bathrooms with all the essentials, including linens, towels and even pool and beach toys. The outdoor terrace overlooking the golf course and beach offers a beatiful retreat for guests to enjoy the Sunrise. The villa also has a den with a desk, ergonomic chair and loveseat that also overlook the golf course.

The villa is in the Beach Village gated community and just a short walk to the Wyndham Hotel for easy access to rental cars, rental golf carts, restaurants and hotel amenities. Walk around the 5th and 6th golf holes to enjoy Tennis and Pickleball Club with handball courts and a Skatepark for the youngsters.

This property is very pretty. It has all the amenities that you need to enjoy your stay. The beds were comfortable and plenty of linens and towels. The only issue we had was the smell. We didn't realize the amount of Sargasso (a type of seaweed)that washes up on the beach. It's pretty pungent. But that is no ones fault but mother nature. Juan was easy to work with. He answered my emails in a very timely manner. Would stay here again.

The property is in an excellent location. I had a very comfortable stay. In the evenings, I could sit outside and listen to the ocean. It was very relaxing. The kitchen was equipped with everything I needed. Having the washer and dryer was also a big help. Everything was as advertised.

Overall it was an awesome place, very clean and spacious. Loved the island vibe decor. The fact that we could see the sunrise right outside the back door was a plus. Easy access in and out of the resort area. Everyone there in that neighborhood was extremely friendly. The only downside that I found was that there was no Wi-Fi in the upstairs bedroom. Correction that was but it was only about 1/4% strength, basically you had about maybe 10 minutes of it and then it showed weak strength and sometimes it would just completely not be there. If you wanted to use Wi-Fi, you had to go downstairs.

SO wonderful to be 90 feet from the beach! Brief key code issue on arrival, otherwise a modest place in a perfect location. Apartment is typical Palmas layout, done adequately, eclectic, well maintained - nice above average Master Bath. Kitchen could use a utensil/knife/silverware upgrade if you like to cook on location. Functional well-maintained appliances. Homey, comfortable, convenient - we will be back!
