There was a bad smell in room, bedding also smelled, bathroom floor not clean, There was only 1 one-cup coffee pack in the room, and it was not just our room, we had family staying in 2 other rooms and they each ...

It was a solid stay. Older home cutely decorated. We felt pretty safe and walked the dog across the street on the school grounds- which was great. Attention to hospitality details was excellent.
