“This was a very nice surprise stay. Beautiful old building, the Chapel is lovely. The white linen breakfast was first class...the Speak Easy food was great as well....the only thing I would suggest...a step up to the bed (for the old people)....it is very high off the floor and hard to navigate for someone older, however the bed was very comfortable. We had a great time speaking to the owner who was just so sweet. I would give the whole experience an 10 for sure.....”

“It was very dirty. At the breakfast there were pancake drippings all down the side of the cabinet, and you could see under things was not cleaned. The need more variation on their breakfast.”

“The hotel is obviously an older property, however it has been recently updated. The hotel was clean, quiet, and met all of our needs perfectly. We had no problems at the location, it was a good experience. We have family in the area that we travel to see a few times a year. We will continue to use this hotel in years to come.”

“They’re doing construction on the hotel currently. No heads up was given about this. The hallway was trashed. Garbage and dead bugs in the corners leading down to the rooms. My room was not clean. I don’t think they cleaned before we checked in. There were no towels provided and when we finally got them (after asking twice) they were stained. The sheets were stained and I haven’t stopped itching since sleeping there.”

“The room is pretty clean. The bed is very big and comfortable. Whole hotel has pets smelling. That’s not good.”

“We love the brand new property with clean fresh smell, spacious and well planned individual rooms that were beautiful! Very gracious breakfast serving lady. She went out of her way to meet our needs. We will remember this place on our next trip through.”

“I actually booked 3 nights at this location but it was so horrible it forced me to checked out prematurely. The shower walls were absolutely filthy and that’s an understatement. They were riddled with smoking stains. The shower head was just as grotesque. Bathtub floor was/is in need of a good industrial high powered steam cleaning. The sink was damaged beyond repairs with a crack in it almost a foot in length. Someone attempted to repair the sink with superglue but it looks very……

“I booked a Queen suite. I went to the room and it was a two bed room. Bed was not made properly and the entire floor smelled like someone was cooking . Then I was told that they had no more rooms. Requested cancellation and refund . They stated that I had to go the third party where I made my reservation for refund. Worst customer service ever. Will never ever book this place again”

“The daytime desk staff were great but this property is not well maintained. The pool was filthy, there were cracks in the wall and mold in the shower. I would say avoid this place if you can.”
