“David is the gold standard of customer service. I’ve been pulling my hair out all day, thinking the Internet’s got issues and I admittedly haven’t made his day easy at all and what a gracious caring dude he is!
Anybody who’s been in hotels knows what it feels like when somebody’s trying to just brush you off or make you feel like you’re bothering them and this guy could not be sweeter more understanding and just so helpful so happy that you’re even calling to ask him for help!
What a relief to……

“I am very angry about this stay. When I checked in, the door and windows were left open, and the room smelled damp and moldy. The curtain had what looked like blood stains, and the bedsheet had mold spots. Since it was already late and I had a full workday the next day, I reluctantly decided to stay.
When I picked up the plastic “Do Not Disturb” sign, I found oil on it, which was disgusting. The room had almost no sound insulation. I could clearly hear the TV from the next room and footsteps in……
