Foot steps away from beach and the Huntington Beach pier, this luxury home boasts lavish spanning views of the ocean. Modern 2023 designer decorated home with luxury furniture and imported murals. The home spans over 3 floors with a rooftop area composing of Pool, Hockey, and Foosball table for you entertainment. Bars, restaurants, coffee shops are all within steps of the home. A Perfect place for vacation, family gathering, or friends get together. Brand new finishes and furniture as of Nov 23.

The space
A completely remodeled house with professional design, high-end furniture. When you first enter, you will find your self in open concept 1 living room connecting to kitchen with a chef island then 2nd living room with a sliding door to the courtyard, then the garage at the back. Also a half bathroom

KITCHEN: chef grade VIKING appliances, wine fridge, fully equipped with everything you need

2nd living room is also the family room with fireplace, Samsung TV 55''

2nd Floor: 3 Bedrooms

Bedroom #1: The master suite boasts whole wall of: floor to ceiling windows that open up completely. Unobstructed ocean view to the pier with en-suite massive bathroom, shower and custom soak bathtub, walk in closet. Modern King Bed.

Bedroom #2: Modern Queen bed with Jack n Jill en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom #3: 2 full sized beds with large window. Jack n Jill en-suite bathroom.

3RD FLOOR
Bedroom #4: this is the loft with its own full bathroom, a sofa bed to sleep up to 2 persons ( please find all bedding stuff on the master closet ), hockey table and a fools-table. Custom large teak infrared sauna.

OUTDOOR
The house has 3 different patio, one in front of the house with ocean view, seat up to 8 persons
Master bedroom has a little patio
3rd floor has a patio with outdoor furniture sit up to 5 person, fire fit to enjoy the beautiful ocean view

PARKING: 2 car parking inside the garage at the back and also street parking

PETS
Pet fee: $35 per pet, per night. Flat rate available depending on the number of nights and pets.

6. EV electrical car charging is available based on request and need a 4 day notice. (Level 2 240V J1172 charging with Tesla adapter)

The instructions for entry were spot on and it was easy to access. The property is beautiful and we had a great time relaxing and visiting with FABULOUS location to downtown. We can see the beach from the porches and easy to walk to the strand for morning walks and quick walk to all the bars and restaurants. Literally the perfect location.

Dirty property, skin floating in the spa, balcony glass crusty.( not salt just months of dirt) tile grout filthy. Outdoor furniture filthy walls marked. Drawers in kitchen broken did not close properly, air hockey table broken, no balls for the fooseball table. (Host organised new balls next day) pool table bent cue with broken tip..The most annoying automated toilets I have ever come across. Master bed hideously uncomfortable.. low hard and a 10 inch wide hard border to navigate over.Fitout looked good on photos, cheap naff and definitely not high end ( opulent def not).Overall nice host with a poorly represented property. False misleading advertising would not ever stay there again nor recommend to anyone I liked…Terrible way to start our vacation..

More details about bed situation would be helpful. Beds were a bit low to the ground. Also, we were told that there was no beach equipment but turns out that there were some boogie boards, a couple of chairs, etcLocation was good & easy to get to beautiful beach. Nice patio out front.

Great location but disappointing stay. We paid over 9,000 for five nights and found the house filthy on arrival hair and food crumbs on the floors, bathrooms not cleaned, and even feces on a toilet seat. The tile in the primary bath was dirty with no rugs, and no hand towels or washcloths were provided. Beds were cheap and uncomfortable.The jacuzzi had a camera pointed right at it, which wasn’t disclosed, so we couldn’t use it. The fireplaces were non-working (only decorative), and both the grill and outdoor fire pit had empty propane tanks.Access was a nightmare no front door, only garage entry. Someone in our group accidentally locked the garage door and exited the front, which locked automatically, leaving us locked out and forced to climb through a window.Management’s only response to the dirty bathrooms was to ask for photos “for the cleaners,” with no real apology or help.The only positives were the proximity to Main Street and the beach. This home has potential but is terribly managed. We would not stay here again or recommend it.

We stayed at this VRBO in Huntington Beach over the 4th of July. It was advertised as newly remodeled and centrally located. Upon arrival, the electricity on the 2nd and 3rd floors was out, leaving just one working toilet downstairs — which was also broken and wouldn’t close properly. We reported it right away.We also found blood stains on the carpet, a refrigerator that smelled like spoiled seafood, broken door handles throughout, and a filthy patio we had to clean ourselves. The jacuzzi was green, smelled bad, and was unusable from the start.Throughout our 5-day stay, repairmen came a total of 7 different times, often late, forcing us to constantly adjust our plans. The upstairs shower leaked through the ceiling into the room below, and both doors were hard to lock, with the front handle falling off completely.The home was also misrepresented: it’s 3 bedrooms and a loft, not 4, and the kitchen lacked even basic cookware, making it impossible to cook for a group.The host and owner have not responded to our requests to resolve the situation. We have now filed a claim with VRBO and will also dispute the charges with our credit card company.This was a terrible experience from start to finish. I highly recommend not renting this house.
