This property is centrally located and is great for a family of 5 or 6. Plenty of room and nice fenced in backyard!

Great place to stay!

It was close to restaurants and was a short drive to Von Braun. I would recommend this to someone looking for a quiet and clean place to stay.

Quick Weekend Trip

Had a group of 5 guys that stayed for a disc golf weekend. The place was great! No issues at all. Quiet neighborhood. Easy and quick access to restaurants, grocery store, etc. Check in and check out were super easy. Not one complaint from any of our group!

Nice House in Madison

I was visiting a grandson who lives in the area. This was a nice, economical lodging place for my stay. Very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood.

This is where you want to be if staying in the Huntsville area

Very Clean. Pleasant stay.

Our stay here with family was for a wedding and it was exactly what we needed. Well-equipped kitchen. Extra-firm beds. Plenty of space for all. The host was very responsive.

Great Stay!

We loved it here. My kids kept saying “Can this be our Alabama house?” The backyard is amazing for brining pets and we loved sitting outside in the morning listening to the birds. Kitchen has everything you would need. Washer and dryer were a big help! There were some carpenter bees out back that checked us out but we didn’t mind and quite enjoyed watching them buzz around. They are harmless. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Would definitely stay here again.

Easy to get in and out to the highways without lining up in Madison commuter traffic. Quiet neighborhood.

Great stay and amazing service

The property was meticulously clean and well maintained. We only had one issue in that the coffee maker was defective. I contacted the owner on a Thursday night and she promptly went out and bought us a new one, even though I told her the next morning would be fine. Also, a great location near the NASA SpaceMuseum!!

Great Older Home

This property was very conveniently located and was in a fantastic neighborhood - a lot of older, very charming homes. The house was very clean and homey. I only needed to contact the property manager once, and she responded immediately. Excellent stay.

Easy stay

Great house for a weekend trip. Very dog friendly and clean. Has a fenced area in the backyard that is easy for the pups. The house is older so the bathrooms are small, but that was not a problem for us. The owners are fantastic and easy to communicate with. We definitely plan on renting with them again.

clean and basic

This is a clean, minimally decorated property, it is old and could use some basic updating of older things, for example cracking tile in the bathtub that now has a gap, but overall very clean and fit our needs! Beds were comfortable. Kitchen has minimal workspace if you're planning on doing a lot of cooking. Plenty of cabinets and available tools just not lots of counter space. My kids enjoyed the backyard too! It was very conveniently located near the space and rocket center and I enjoyed being in a neighborhood.

Very nice and clean

This home was just as advertised. Convenient location and safe neighborhood. The only thing was that it is close to an active train track, so you do get some noise from the trains. Otherwise it was great.

Excellent Property

Family trip for event at UAH. Property was just as advertised, extremely clean and everything in good working order. Great location with close access to groceries and gas as well as centrally located to everything in Madison and western Huntsville. We ended up not bringing our dogs but the fenced in backyard would have been perfect. Excellent communication from property management made check-in easy and provided all the info needed for a relaxing visit.

Super convenient for our long weekend!

“Carter” made our family visit to Madison delightful! With a six-wk-old, a 3-yr-old, & a dog, we greatly appreciated the flexibility for meals, a washer & dryer, and a pet-friendly environment. The nicely appointed kitchen and large dining table was perfect for a celebratory dinner, and the large wall-mounted television was just what the football fans wanted. When it rained, we loved being able to roll into the garage for the loading of the young children and all their equipment! In addition, anything we needed was within two miles

Nice Big Fenced Backyard

Robin was very responsive and helpful each time we reached out. Access to the home is easy and the location is central and near business's while being in a residential area. The house is older but has what is needed including some baking items. The cleanliness of the house is not as we had hoped. There are bugs in the overhead lights, dirt around door handles, kitchen cabinet pulls and light switches . The yard is very over grown and had trash in it. The entire house could use a good detailed cleaning, we found a snicker bar wrapper under one of the beds along with dust and what looked to be dried up grass or leaves.

We had a great visit to the Huntsville area and the Cozy Oasis was perfect for our needs. The house was conveniently located and in an exceptionally quiet neighborhood. The house had everything we needed and the beds and bedding were very comfortable. And our pup loved exploring the fenced in backyard. Would highly recommende this property.
