「We spent two night to watch total solar eclipse here. Very clean and great managed property. Located in safe, quiet region with easy access to highways, and close to islands and great lakes. Some distant sounds of train can be heard at night. But it's not a concern to us at all. Management is definitely outstanding. We were not just provided necessary info, but also some great idea about events in the area. They even provided glassed for solar eclipse watching. I were told some facility updates...

「This is a great place on Lake Erie. It's comfortable, clean and quiet. The owner was very friendly and accommodating -- she was there when we needed her but not intrusive. The room was recently remodeled, everything in perfect order and thoughtfully designed and laid out. Generous treats and coffee, even treats for the pups. Will definitely stay here again!」

「I chose this place knowing the bad reviews and terrible conditions, expecting the worst, and it did not surprise me. It was dirty, and dilapidated. The tiles and wallpaper were falling off the walls. The owner was friendly, but the room was truly awful. He said that he didn't have my reservation, but could rent me a room he wasn't planning on renting out due to issues. Not sure whether to summate this as a good or a bad thing. Ultimately, my alternatives were 3-4x the price for a 3 star hotel,...

「This is the second time I have stayed here. It is not a luxury hotel, but it is also not a roach motel. It is a nice little place for the money. The beds are very comfortable and the staff very friendly and accommodating.」

「Our stay was good. As other reviews state, the staff is very welcoming and the rooms are clean (which were our biggest draws). It’s also located closer to Cedar Point than I originally imagined, especially with the affordability, which was an extra win. Some people mention the train being near. We could hear it from our room, but it wasn’t loud enough to be any kind of disturbance. We’re hoping to book here again upon our next visit.」

「I stayed here as I was on a travel assignment for work(Registered Nurse). Great customer service. A lot of food options close by. I worked night shift and was able to get plenty of rest throughout the day time, no loud noises even with it being off a major road. Definitely recommend! 」
