We had a fantastic stay at Zion Village in Hurricane, UT! The property felt brand new, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The development is clearly built with short-term rentals in mind, which made the experience even better—no permanent residents, just families and groups enjoying their vacations.The location is incredibly convenient, with world-class mountain biking and hiking trails just minutes away, and only about a 40-minute drive to Zion National Park. Unit 395 was perfect for our group—comfortable beds, a spacious and well-equipped laundry room, and modern TVs in every bedroom. The kitchen and living spaces were well laid out and made relaxing after a day of adventures easy.One of the highlights was the community pool area—a short walk from the unit. The pool, lazy river, and spa were all outstanding and made for the perfect place to unwind. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and will absolutely be returning!

Very clean, comfortable, well stocked, pretty decorations, and an incredible value. I would recommend to anyone visiting the area. The pool and hot tub were really fun for the teens and perfectly clean and nice. Kitchen was stocked with supplies and perfect. No issues. I give this this my highest rating.

Great stay close to Zion! The town of Hurricane was the perfect size...groceries and restaurants close by but no traffic. The pool was wonderful after a hot day of hiking and it's right next door! The mini lazy river was a hit. Pickleball courts are nice and close. Kitchen and appliances are great, and the balcony and back patio are so pleasant. Also, being able to park in the garage was so wonderful!The only frustration was the wi-fi/electronics. The xbox and tv's upstairs didn't work correctly ( a wifi issue) which was a disappointment. After some communication with the manager, it seems there's been a recent upgrade to Starlink, so I think the devices in the home need upgraded to connect with that. I upgraded the settings on one tv to connect with the new starlink and it worked great after that! If that doesn't fix the issues maybe a few more router connectors in the unit upstairs would help. The owners are very responsive so I'm sure those issues have been fixed by now, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and recommend it to all my friends. We really felt like there were so many wonderful amenities with this stay as well as a great washer/dryer, seating, furniture, and it was clean. You won't be disappointed!

Family get away

The kids loved the bunk beds and pool! The house was clean and as described. Our only issue with the entire stay was getting the wifi working, but with the help of the property management it was going within 20 minutes. Great little get away.

We loved the beds!

Our family of 5 stayed for several nights. Unfortunately, the pool was getting work done but we had a great time at the pickleball courts. Kitchen was stocked well and the beds were so comfortable. We really felt comfortable in this home.

Disappointed with accurarcy of listing

I'd like to say the home itself was just what we expected. The rooms and bathrooms were just as the listing suggested. The door lock was a little weird because at times it would work on the first try and then other times it wouldn't. The location was right next to the clubhouse, which was the biggest reason we went with this property. It is advertised as a year-round heated pool but when we arrived, we saw a sign that the pool was closed for maintenance. Now we understand that maintenance is necessary, but this was scheduled before our arrival and is scheduled to last until February. I don't understand why this was not disclosed in the listing so we could take this into consideration as the year-round pool was the reason we booked the property when we did. I reached out to the property management company and all I was told was they did not know the pool was closed and they would investigate it.

Great stay for a family vacation

Vacation home is at an excellent location, good proximity to Zion and Bryce Canyon national parks. Place had everything needed for a family. Kids had good fun with Xbox and board games. Bunk beds was a bonus. Kitchen was clean and has all utensils needed. Dinnerware could be better as several of them were chipped. Waffle maker was unclean and could not use it. It was hard to contact the property manager on the day we checked in. Overall stay was excellent, would recommend and stay here again in future.

Great location. Clean, affordable and exactly as described. We had the best time. Close to Zion and many other amazing hiking locations. The only small thing that we would change is from 9-10 pm, have adult hours at pool. Everything was above and beyond!

Fantastic girls trip!

We stayed with a group of girlfriends and we had so much fun! We all commented on the fact that we can’t wait to go back. Beds and pillows were super comfy, everything was clean when we got there and it’s a great location next to the pool. Also, surprisingly quieter than you would expect being next to the pool. We never heard any kids unless we were outside on the back deck.
