“It’s so refreshing to wake up to see the view of the Solent on a clear day and the waves lapping on the edges of the beach. The mature trees close to the Beach House truly gave a feeling of well being when one is close to nature.
The Beach House holds a history of achievement firstly with the original residents, the Siemens’s family.
The staff were friendly & very helpful. Breakfast choices are varied and the cooked option was freshly made. Our room was larger than expected and comfortable.……

“We had a lovely stay at Bosun's Chair and would highly recommend it. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the local area and enjoy everything nearby.
Our room was beautiful, with cool, stylish décor and a comfortable, welcoming feel. The bathroom was equally impressive, with nice towels and quality toiletries provided. We also appreciated the in-room facilities, including a coffee machine, kettle, tea, hot chocolate and complimentary bottled water.

“The hotel was further from Lyndhurst than I expected and although that wasn't an issue, it was further than I anticipated. This for us was the only downside to the stay. The room was cosy and comfortable and somewhat quirky. We loved its uniqueness. The hotel restaurant was lovely and we enjoyed our dinner there on our overnight stay. We would definitely stay again as it was convenient for a stop over before embarking on a cruise the following day from Southampton.”

“We found all staff so friendly and helpful. Entering the hotel gave a feeling of relaxation comfort and homely. Variety of food choices giving tasty evening meals and breakfast although I thought it too much to charge an extra £10 each for a fried breakfast whereas other hotels it’s included in the room cost. Our room was very comfortable with a superb shower”
