“Upon arrival, the reception office had a foul odor. We got out room key and the floor was dusty, the beds did not appear clean, linen was cloudy white. The ac unit was very dusty. The room itself had a foul smell as well. The lightning was terrible. The restroom was very dirty. The toilet water was cloudy and appeared to not have been cleaned in a long time. The bathtub was very dirty. The toilet paper was not a new roll and we did not have any more toilet paper. We only had one small towel. I……

“This is the worst hotel I’ve checked into. We didn’t even unpack. Immediately took the kids and left. The dead bolt was busted off the door which is not safe and raises concerns about what happened in there. Paint was chipped off all over the place. There were obvious mold spots on the lamps. Totally unsafe and unclean. Do not waste your money. Stay somewhere else. Tried to call the front desk and the phone wasn’t even connected to make a call.”

“When I arrive at Relax Inn, it is about 11:00 PM in the evening, after a long flight. The check-in place is a very tiny cube that fits only one person at a time. It feels very strange/scary compared to all other hotel/motel that I have been. When I check in, the staff told me, they cancelled my booking because I did not pre-pay. However, they do have rooms, but I have to pay $280 at that time while my booking was $196 for 2 nights. After half an hour of argue, the price go from 280 to 240 to……

Bring air freshener, rooms have definitely been smoked in and smell gross. 5. Plan on at least one night/morning with no hot water. 6. Smoke detector was disassembled and laying on top……
