「Enjoyed the outdoor-indoor pool and the hot tub. The hit tub has no thermometer. Room was very clean and felt very spacious as did the bathroom.There is a dog walking area and the lake and waterfall behind the hotel was picturesque. Asked if there was availability to check in early and the person in the phone said my room was ready. Upon arrival my room was not ready and the front desk worker didn't know anything about my early arrival and told me I was talking to a call center. My room was...

「The check-in experience is not very good, the hygiene is terrible.After checking out, I found that my card had been deducted twice inexplicably, for two accommodation fees, two parking fees, and two pet accommodation fees. I hope the hotel can give a reasonable explanation.」

「Nice set up in a quiet area with a couple restaurants. I have a dog and the pet friendly room we got was quite aggressive on the nose. The guy up front offered to switch my room but I felt bad dirtying another room. He got me some Febreeze and that helped with the window open. 」
