It is in a great location, in a big residential area with plenty of local businesses, restaurants and walking distance to Ibirapuera, a huge park. Staff was wonderful, a big shout out to Adriano who helped us have a wonderful time. I will definitely be back!”

“The whole experience was unexpectedly disappointing. Internet is out of services for the whole stay (4 nights). The customer services asked me to contact to other WiFi (in other rooms) but no internet still. Then they mentioned that they would send a technician on the next day but that person never came. The room provides very limited cookwares & appliances - no pans, no kettle, no spatula, no boiling pot. The stove was so poor that it took 10mins+ to boil 250ml of water. Location is okay……

“Hotel is sandwiched between 2 massive construction projects, which start very noisy work at 6AM Avoid this hotel unless you could sleep with people yelling and hammering right by your side”
