「The reception desk is in front of the hotel. No signs for it or nothing, we almost left for another hotel till we found a worker cleaning the room and asked them for help. Toilet was unflushed or maybe had chemicals in it which were yellow. No amenities such as soap, bodywash, etc. Bathroom door broken. The staff opened the door while we were sleeping three times, after the second time we put a DND sign on, they came in the third time. We are not mad at all the cleaning crew or anything because...

「The property was exactly what I wanted. A beautiful oceanfront view with nice scents when you walked into the hotel lobby. We had a delicious breakfast every morning. We wish the weather was a little better so we can swim but for the most part we enjoyed our stay and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to go to Ibiza. 」

「You get what you pay for. Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was ok. Only two pillows in the room and they wouldn’t give me more at reception. Have to pay deposit for pool towels and they only accept cash. No amenities in the room other than soap and a blow dryer. Location was pretty good. Able to walk to some clubs and plenty of restaurants nearby. 」
