Perfect Spring Break Getaway!

This was our first time to Broken Bow/Hochatown, and Blue Haven was the perfect place to stay! It was a great cabin that allowed us to spread out and let the kids explore. The cabin had great amenities and felt like a home away from home! It was close enough to town to enjoy all the local attractions, but far enough away to feel like you were in the middle of the forest. Can’t say enough good things about it, and we are already planning our next vacation here.

Fantastic Cabin, All the Perks

Great location, beautiful cabin with all the extras, very clean, large separate room upstairs for children/teens to have their own hang-out space with large beds. Deer in the back yard every morning, comfortable beds & furniture, great patio space!

Wonderful Stay

We had an amazing stay! The cabin is exactly what’s depicted in the pictures! Caitlin was always accommodating to our needs/questions. The back porch was our favorite with the hot tub and the twinkle lights! My boys loved the playground set and my husband and I relived our childhood with a game of tetherball! Overall our favorite cabin yet!

Blue Haven Christmas

The cabin was very clean, comfortable and communication with host (Caitlin) easy and helpful. Our family was meeting for late Christmas and I was going to take a small 2 foot tall tree. I’m glad I did not take the tiny Christmas tree because the cabin had a beautiful 12 foot Christmas tree by the fireplace in the main room. We put all the kids presents under the tree and had a great late Christmas. My grandson and I went fly fishing every morning since the cabin is 10 minutes from Mountain Fork River and Beaver Bend Stste Park. The roads into the cabin are rough but once you arrive the property is serene, quite and peaceful

Honest feedback

We stayed here over Fall Break with our two kids ages 4 and 9. We were offered a discount right before the trip to extend a day or so, which we might have taken advantage of, but responses to our questions pertaining to adding the extra day, were very delayed. The location was awesome. Very close to anything you want to go do. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit and games outside. Unfortunately, the outdoor fireplace wouldn’t work, which was disappointing since it was the first chilly weather we’d seen all year. The local rep brought by some firewood to try and make up for the issue. Our main POC was non responsive though. The sleeping accommodations were nice except that only half of the upstairs loft with the kids beds had shades on the windows, so it was super bright first thing in the morning and with a toddler who still naps, we couldn’t get her to nap because there was no way to make it dark. I had asked about the shades/curtains when booking in order to prevent these issues and was assured there were shades on all the windows. The master bedroom was also very bright in the morning due to glass patio windows. This really impacted our trip. The kitchen was well equipped, but was a little beat up for being a pretty new home. The best part of the house was for sure the shower. It’s awesome! The air hockey and foosball and video games were nice too and got plenty of use. The board games and puzzles were all missing parts, so bring your own.

Memorable vacation!

Amazing cabin for our family of 7! It was in a wooded neighborhood but very convenient to everything in the area. Upstairs was perfect for the kids and everyone loved the master shower! Lots of indoor and outdoor games to keep everyone entertained while at the cabin and the hot tub was a hit for everyone! The cabin was well stocked with everything needed and was very clean as well! Caitlin was an amazing host and the communication was excellent! This was our first time to this area and we will definitely be back!

Location, Location, and comfort!!!

Blue Haven was an excellent get away for us and our young boys. Everything was decorated beautifully just like the photos, games including shuffleboard, air hockey and packman were a hit!! Upstairs was perfect with two queen beds and a full bath. Downstairs master bed/bath was spacious and the sheets were the softest and such a nice surprise after a day full of adventures at the state park not too far from the cabin. As a mom of four boys I was very very happy to have a full washer and dryer to keep up with laundry during our stay. Thank you, Caitlin for being an amazing host and sharing your home with us. We hope to visit again soon!
