This is the best communication I’ve had with a property owner in many years of using VRBO. This made the check-in super easy. All the detailed information about the unit, parking and activities to do was super helpful. 」

「Everything was excellent. Check-in process was easy, the condo was perfect for our group. We enjoyed sitting outside on the balcony in the morning with our coffee and evenings after dinner. Taking nice walks around the property and with the Snake river right next to us was awesome. We also enjoyed the hot tub.」

「We loved our stay. The only problem that we had was that the toilet room light did not work. Someone came out the same day to fix, but said they had to call maintenance. Maintenance came out the day before we were leaving to inspect it. Other than that, we loved the condo, loved the area. It was perfect for our family.」
