「This was a lovely stay just outside of Idstein. The host communicated with us leading up to our check-in, making us feel comfortable and confident about what to expect. During our stay, they gave us amazing suggestions for where to eat, where to take walks and types of cuisine to try. They also shared their tradition of tea and cake making us feel not only welcome but it was an amazing experience.」

「I flew in to Frankfurt at 9pm and my flight was at 11am the next day so I needed a hotel !!!! I didn’t want to stay in one of the attached airport hotels so I started looking online. When I saw this hotel on Expedia, I booked it! Taxi drivers wanted to charge me 22€ to get there but I went by Uber so 11€ plus tip!! Checking in was easy as the gentleman doing it was GREAT !!!!! The room was great!!!! Appeared to be newly renovated and all including shower was wonderful ! Breakfast Buffet...

「Checkin was straightforward, but mostly automated; i was under the impression that the 3pm checkin was mandatory, however they let us check in at 11am anyway. The room was nice, and had everything me and my partner needed, although on our last night something went wrong with the air conditioner and it started leaking water. 「Check-in instructions only arrived shortly before check-in time. We arrived a few hours early and was not easy to communicate with host in English. After the first day, we were asked urgently to move apartments because we were given the wrong one when we arrived. This was a major inconvenience. No recycling for paper, cans and bottles. Otherwise the location is great, and the apartment is nice, clean and comfortable.」
