"Sehr herzlicher Empfang vor Ort. Wohnung war mit Allem ausgestattet was nötig ist. Umfangreiche KĂŒchenausstattung inkl.SpĂŒlmaschine. Sehr schön dass Kleinigkeiten wie SpĂŒltabs und Reinigungsmittel verfĂŒgbar waren.Im Haus herrschte eine himmlische Ruhe sodass die Nachtruhe ungestört verlief.Kurze Einweisung und Tipps vom Vermieter ĂŒber die AktivitĂ€ten rundherum. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt, vielen Dank!!!"

"Es war ein angenehmer Urlaub in einer sehr gut ausgestatteten Wohnung. Von Waakirchen aus ist man schnell am Tegernsee und der umliegenden Region. Allerdings sollte erwĂ€hnt werden, dass die Wohnung u. E. nicht geeignet ist fĂŒr Personen mit Gehbehinderung, weil 12 Stufen einer Außentreppe in die Wohnung fĂŒhren. Zur Wohnung gehört kein Parkplatz. "

Die ruhige Lage am Ortsrand von Dießen ermöglicht eine erholsame Nachtruhe. Der Ortsbus fĂ€hrt fast vor der HaustĂŒre. Nur leider nicht in den Abendstunden. Zu Fuß benötigt man aus der Ortsmitte eine halbe Stunde. Einziger Nachteil...

Ein Manko jedoch: die Unterkunft hat leider modrig gerochen und man hatte etwas Schwierigkeiten mit der Feuchtigkeit. Nasse Kleidung ist sehr langsam getrocknet.
