Lovely house with breathtaking view

  • Tanca Piras Residence is located in the centre of Nebida, a little town perched on the cliffs of Sulcis Iglesiente. The residence is composed by brand new apartments that front towards the sea, offering a stunning view of the coast and Pan di Zucchero rock.
    S’Arromaniu apartment is furnished with taste and develops on 60 squared metres, distributed on two floors. At the ground floor, a luminous living room with kitchenette and a bathroom with window and shower. At the second floor, two cosy double bedrooms with sea view and a bathroom with window and shower. Outside, the private garden allows S'Arromanius guests to live and relax in the open air. Furthermore, the residence offers a swimming pool, a restaurant, a garage and a park of six hectares. Tanca Piras residence is the perfect place to enjoy the calm and typical scent of this wonderful spot of Sardinia, rich of history and far from the mass tourism.
    Nebida and its surroundings are known for the beautiful beaches, but also because they testify a recent past linked to the mining activities. Near the emerald water of wonderful inlets you can often find the ruins of ancient mining sites, as the laveria La Marmora, that rises on the rocks near the residence.

Kleines sauberes und gemütliches Reihenhaus, mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Auf dem Gelände befindet sich ein Swimmingpool, welcher vom Bademeister beaufsichtigt wird. Das Restaurant auf dem Gelände ist toll und die Gastgeber super freundlich.

Die Ferienwohnung bietet alles was man benötigt, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Anlage ist ruhig und sauber, es machen viele Italiener Urlaub. die Vermieterin Rita war sehr nett und hat uns mit vielen Tipps versorgt. Wir würde hier wieder Urlaub machen!

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit tollem Blick aufs Meer

Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und entspricht den Bildern im Internet. Der Blick aus dem Fenster auf das Meer ist ein Traum, die ganze Familie (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kinder hatten Spaß im großen Gemeinschaftspool und das anliegende Restaurant am Pool hatte eine sehr gute Küche zum guten Preis. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und würden immer wieder gerne hierher kommen.

Ottimo appartamento, nuovo e arredato con gusto, dotato di tutto il necessario (anche lavatrice, barbecue, attrezzatura da spiaggia..!). Residence bello, recente, piscina fresca, pulita, molto gradevole, mai affollata. La vista (da tutte le finestre) è impagabile!

Ideales Häuschen für eine kleine Familie, Schlafzimmer mit fantastischem Ausblick. In der Nebensaison ist im Feriendorf nicht viel los, teilweise wird die Anlage renoviert. Schöne Spazierwege zur Klippe, Strand in der Nähe, kleiner Supermarkt in Gehdistanz.

Un appartement neuf dans une très belle résidence

Un super accueil ! De très bonnes informations, avec des documents à notre intention à notre arrivée pour nous aider à passer un très bon séjour . L'appartement est très bien situé, tout neuf, propre et très fonctionnel. La vue est magnifique! La résidence hors saison est on ne peut plus calme et on a même pu se baigner dans la piscine fin octobre. Une adresse à conseiller !

Sehr schöne Zeit

Die Unterkunft war genau richtig für eine Reise mit einem Baby. Der Blick aufs Meer war natürlich top. Pool wurde von uns kaum genutzt, da wir lieber zu den Straänden in der Umgebung gefahren sind, ist aber natürlich immer gut, wenn auch ein Pool vorhanden ist. Wir habens genossen. Check in und Check out waren auch völlig unkompliziert.

Sehr schönes Objekt in kleiner Ferienanlage mit Pool. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch und jeder Sonnenuntergang ein Traum. Die Wohnung ist über zwei Stockwerke und hat alles was man braucht. Auch Klimaanlage und WLAN. Absolut empfehlenswert. Hoffentlich können wir da wieder mal hin.

Wunderschöne und super gepflegte Unterkunft

Ich bin super zufrieden mit dem kleinen Ferienhäuschen. Die Anlage war sehr gepflegt, der Pool wunderschön und die Gerichte im Restaurant - vor allem die Vorspeisen - super lecker. Es gab sogar Free Wifi. Der Ausblick war umwerfend und man konnte auch gut draußen sitzen.. Es war alles sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Wenn man Urlaub abseits vom Touristenstrom liebt (Auto erforderlich) ist diese Unterkunft super geeignet und uneingeschränkt weiter zu empfehlen.

Ich bin super zufrieden mit dem kleinen Ferienhäuschen. Die gesamte Anlage war sehr gepflegt, der Pool wunderschön, die Leute sehr nett und die Gerichte (vor allem die Vorspeisen) im Restaurant in der Anlage Villagio Tanca Piras super lecker. Es gab sogar Free Wifi. Man konnte vor dem kleinen Häuschen auch wunderschön draußen sitzen - es war alles sehr schön gestaltet und ansprechend eingerichtet. Wenn man weiter ab vom Touristenstrom Urlaub machen möchte, ist diese Unterkunft sehr geeignet (Auto erforderlich) und weiter zuempfehlen.

Toller Aufenthalt in Nebida

Wir haben mit unseren 2 kleinen Kindern eine tolle Woche in der Wohnung verbracht. Die Unterkunft war sauber und wie beschrieben. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Kinder fanden den Pool toll. Aussicht ist spektakulär! Die Wohnung können wir nur weiterempfehlen.

We stayed one week in May. Weather and temperature were good. The flat is great (as described on the offer) with a beautiful view of the swimming pool & the sea. If you have questions or need something you can contact the owner by phone or email whenever you want. The flat is within a small holiday village very colorful and with nature all around. A good restaurant is 20m from the flat. Sardegna is a beautiful place to visit for who loves nature, beaches with transparent water, walking,...

Parfait

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le site et le duplex. Par contre pour des ados c'est peut être trop tranquille. C'est un lieu reposant avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et la piscine. Cette dernière est très propre et les maitres nageurs très sympathiques. Le restaurant est plutôt beau et les prix sont corrects. Il faut tout de même bien maitrisé la voiture car c'est très pentu même dans le complexe. Au alentour il y'a quelques commerces (qui sont bons) mais c'est un petit village. Nous avons été très bien accueilli et nous ne regrettons pas notre choix. Attention si vous avez des adolescents, ils préféreront surement Cagliari.

Reihenhäuschen mit Meerblick

Sehr freundlicher, unkomplizierter Empfang und Check in. Die Infos zur Umgebung und zu Aktivitäten waren hilfreich. Die Anlage war ruhig, toller Pool mit Blick auf das Meer. Die Ruhezeiten am Pool fanden wir nützlich. Die Umgebung ist touristisch nicht überlaufen, ein Highlight war für uns die grandiose große Panorama Wanderung an der Küste entlang. Die Strände in der Nähe waren im August noch recht voll, ab September ruhiger, mit kristallklarem Wasser und schöner Atmosphäre. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben, alles da, was man braucht. Das Bett war bequem, die Gartenmöbel und Möbel innen fanden wir allerdings auch eher unbequem. Wir haben uns dort insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen. Ganz herzlichen Dank!

A complex of rules

Everything is regulated, too much so. The pool is open until 18:00, so it is closed during the afternoon siesta. The complex is beautiful, the apartment is nice and well equipped, and the area is fabulous. The personal check-in is unnecessary, a coded lock next to the door would be enough, anyway we got the wrong remote control key, a barely working remote control, which we have repaired. We had to pay for 10 euros, because we got to the accommodation at 8:20 p.m.

Die Unterkunft, den Service und den Kontakt zu den Vermietern können wir nur loben. Wir haben eine tolle Zeit in Nebida verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und hat eine wunderschöne Lage. Die Einrichtung ist modern und liebevoll. Auch der Pool, der Ausblick und die Landschagt sind grandios. Traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge sind garantiert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt (4 Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind 1 Jahr alt) und empfehlen die Ferienwohnung unbedingt weiter. Wir würden uns wieder für diese Ferienwohnung entscheiden. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt. The holiday home, the service and the contact to the owner were excellent. We had an unforgettable time in this holiday home and highly recommend it. The flat is well equiped, clean and lovingly decorated. The pool and the landscape are also very beautiful. We enjoyed a lot of amazing sunsets. We had a perfect holiday and would choose this holiday home again. Thank you very much for the great stay. Convince yourself. You will not be disappointed.
