「The hotel was a small traditional charming place in a lovely square in setubal. It was very homely nothing was too much trouble for the staff from heating the beans my partner took with him to cutting my plasters when I needed them. The staff made the stay fabulous. Each and every day the small group of staff were always happy . My partner is very jovial and he told his jokes to the staff and wanted something everyday and they were brilliant. 「On top of a hill with a fantastic 360 degree view. Has a large open terrace with no services - no food, no drinks which seemed like a missed opportunity. There was a breakfast food service only. Other food services in the area were sparse so the only option was to drive into a busier area and pray for parking. The parking at the hotel was a very good underground lot with several chargers for electric vehicles」

「Traveling with my cousin and his family. Their room had no hot water on first night and first morning after. Staff was unaware that first afternoon after if it had been fixed. They had to switch rooms, and got a smaller room that our reservation. We asked for some sort of compensation for this major inconvenience (just for my cousin, not for me), and hotel said they couldn’t comp us breakfast because we paid thru Expedia but they would be in touch. However it is 3 days later and no contact...

「The location to walk around town was great. A bit further to the beach but still walkable! Rooms were small but clean and cute. We also used the pool which was nice and the breakfast was very good! The staff seemed happy at there jobs!」
