「Perfect」

「The hotel is clean and staff were polite with us. They kept our luggage after we did check out and there was room cleaning every day. A good perk is the free coffee from a machine in the lobby during the morning. The location is great, very close to the train station and multiple restaurants. The hotel has an old look though and there’s just one elevator for all the floors making it busy during check-out hours. The internet sometimes failed us and there were no free tv channels. 」

「在長野JR 站對面，行3分鐘就到。 所有設施都好新，好乾淨！非常好。 寄存行理唔駛去reception,自己用門口免費locker. 入住有甜品同啡茶，亦提供各種即棄日用品，仲有唔同枕頭揀，係lift 旁自己拎。 用早餐卷，除左可以食酒店餐廳早餐，仲可以去隔離Wendy burger 度免費order 一個餐，再帶回酒店餐廳，酒店餐廳早餐係自助式，有提供沙律，炸雞，薯條，湯，乳酪等等。」

「The hotel room is very hot, no window can be opened, not even a gap can be opened for fresh air. Also, no laundry room, quite inconvenience to travellers, the hotel nearby, hotel livemax, TokyoINN both have laundry room as basic facilities. 」
