the towels were not in place during my stay and the tv and aircon remote controls were not functioning well. service with a smile inspires which i didnt experience much from the hotel staff.

What I like about the hotel:
The room is spacious, so is the t&b.
They gave us yummy ensaymada as check out gift.
Hot and cold shower.
What needs improvement are:
No complimentary toothbrush. It would be helpful if the hotel can provide this, for instances when travellers forgot to bring one, just like in my daughter's case. We checked in around 9pm and still had to go out of the hotel and find a convenience store to buy a toothbrush.
No complimentary bottled water.
There is no foot rug. Imagine where to wipe your feet after taking a shower. Also, the shower curtain smells awful. Looks like it has not been washed for a long time.
Staff: It would be better if the staff has a ready smile to greet tired and weary guests and be warmer in receiving guests not that as if receiving guests is automated and routinary only.
