Pacific Motel Evans Head

"The room was small, clean but met our needs. The staff very friendly and informative. The convenience of the nearby shops was very good and suited us for our short stay, evening meal and breakfast the next morning. The town is lovely and look forward to returning with others."

The Sands Resort

"The resort was very clean and staff very friendly, but when you are paying over $500 / night , I think the property needs modernising, new untenciles, air conditioning in all rooms, block out blinds, extra bin bags, a bin in the bathrooms, a fridge without rust spots on it. If you are travelling with a baby who has a pram be prepared to carry up all the steps as no ramps or lifts to your room. Overall we enjoyed our stay but the accommodation definitely needs a renovation for their furnishings."

"The place was really nice. Didnt get much sleep though because our neighbors where loud and kept slamming doors etc. But was a top place to stay."

"Fabulous position. We stayed in a motel room overlooking the garden and pool. Comfortable and just enough space for a few nights. If staying longer would recommend a one bedroom unit. Staff very helpful, we enjoyed our stay."
Club Maclean Motel

"We only stayed 1 night at Hotel McClean while traveling home. The room was spacious, clean the bed comfortable. It was quiet the Sunday we stayed but outside our room there was a worksite which may have been in use during the week … However, it was quiet at night. It was a very short walk to the dining room for a great Chinese meal."

"Very dog friendly.Close to shops, cafès etc. Very quiet. Cottage and furniture had lots of character. Kichen, batroom, laundry all modern. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay."
