“Honestly, the staff were so bad it was ridiculous. From the moment we arrived, they came across cold, blunt and completely uninterested in guests. My partner isn't Moroccan and the way he was spoken to felt noticeably different and uncomfortable. Most interactions felt like we were inconveniencing them simply by being there. “Our room was okey but not clean, only thing inside the room was two bag of tea and 2 bottle of water. In the evening we saw they enter our tent without permission, its not housekeeping or anything. Why? At dinner we had our meat really raw, which we wanted medium rare and we wanted to recook it but until they saw us in our table it was 15 min passed anyway, the rest was cold. In the breakfast, chairs even was really dirty. We did not enjoy it. All camp area is full of kittens, Cats and dogs……

“Stunning property and lovely to be shown around by the team. Room was gorgeous but bathroom very impractical. Flush didn't work well and shower water leaked over floor. Also a very cramped space. However you get a whole living space...maybe propertions not thought out. Spa was fantastic although massage was mediocre, with poor communication from therapists about what was happening. “Cute, authentic Berber riad. Imlil is a good 20-30 minute walk down a fairly steep road. Omar and his staff are very kind and helpful. They can arrange for transportation to or from Marrakech (40€) and even Casablanca (110€). We arrived during Ramadan and COVID.
