「This was an outstanding property. The level of attention to detail from the time of arrival to the time of departure could not have been approved on. The rooms are comfortable and immaculately clean. The housekeeping staff go over and above and clearly love their jobs. The food is the best we had in Mazatlan - do not miss the snapper. The front of house staff are patient, professional and accommodating. If you have any reservations about staying at this property rest assured your stay will one...

「The only things that would have made our stay better were air conditioning in lobby and public areas. Also having a refrigerator in our room would have been great.」

The room rate is about right for the quality. However, the state department had issued the MX state Sinaloa as [LEVEL 4 - DO NOT TRAVEL］ I didn’t realize how dangerous Sinaloa is after the fact. Would I go again….. Hmmm…,. Puerto Vallarta was more crowded, yet inexplicably felt incredibly safe! Oh, the heat and...

「Location was suburb, staff very friendly. Would stay again for sure.」
