「The only nice thing was the Pools , the rooms need to be upgraded」

「The staff was hard to find, and very slow at restaurants. When our room was ready at 3 pm, I told the bell staff our room number, and Daniel said he could put our luggage in our room without us needing to be there. Two hours later, when we arrived in our room, it was not there.

「The staff were nice and friendly overall the hotel was very clean. The hotel pool was beautiful because of the amazing view. My only negative review is that our room had no hot water. We had to call maintenance a few times until they finally came and we got warm water for one day. Other than that everything else was good and the restaurant buffet is good too.」

「La comida del restaurante no esta rica」

「Dear breakfast it was excellent. Everybody there was friendly and helpful.」

「Beautiful property and grounds with excellent services and welcoming staff. Some of the restaurant food was so-so but the events were excellent. All pools and outdoor areas were well maintained and clean. There was nothing that we needed that wasn't accomodated with grace and humor.」
