"Terrible experience. We went to enjoy the pool which we were told is out of service and has been for a few weeks. We advised them we came with our children specifically to enjoy the pool. As a result, we decided to only stay one of the two nights we booked. We were told we would be refunded our second night if we checked out by 11AM which we did. It’s been 3 weeks and we are still fighting to get our money back as Expedia can not get in touch with their hotel manager. How ridiculous is that? The refund is only $80. I can’t imagine how painful this would be had we spent a few hundred or thousand dollars. Be careful with both Tropicana and Expedia. Also, Tropicana’s crowd looks rough. Never going back."

"Had a great time, only thing that was a bit upsetting was that I wasn't allowed to check in early without a fee and was told, even with the fee, I wouldn't be able to get into the room because it wasn't ready"
