" Rooms were clean - requested daily maid service and it was no problem. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Pool was great for just being opened the day before. Lounge chairs so comfortable ! Only drawback is the escalator still not working- not sure what the issue is. Otherwise i will be spending many summer days at golden nugget !!"

"Housekeeping was the worst. Knocked on the door multiple times through the morning even after they were informed we had a late check-out. Around 2 they banged on the door asking when we where leaving because there supervisor need to know. Then got smart with us because they weren't aware. They were the most unprofessional staff I have encountered."

"Clean room, comfortable bed! We left important medicine in our refrigerator. The security assistant manager, Mr Roman and Thelma in housekeeping tracked it down & shipped it overnight to our next destination at no cost. They also treated my husband well as a Veteran. Extremely pleased! Would stay at a Hard Rock again, worth it!!"

"Was a solo mother’s day over night stay. My overall experience was good. Appreciated the staff that helped me with my room request. I wanted a room away from noise and high traffic. He assigned me one on the 9th floor at the of the hall and right in front of the security cameras which gave me an added sense of security especially being a woman traveling alone, Also had a issue with my parking pass and the check out desk staff member promptly assisted with correcting the issue. "

"En el baño de la habitacion, el.jabon de manos estaba usado con pelos y metido en la caja como.nuevo. Las dos piscinas que hay ahi estaban sin servicio, no hay claridad ennlos.horarios ni explicacion o una hoja en la.habitacion que diga los horarios de piscina. Los servicios del hotel. Laa instalaciones con mal mantenimiento , mesa del baño oxidada, sin puerta de ducha para cerrar, camas mal tendidas"
