“So when we got there there was no check in desk and the guy said on text that we need to go across the street to motel 6 to get a key card and pin for our door and when we got to motel 6 the lady said that she doesn’t know anything about the hotel next door and basically the guy lied and scammed us and we didn’t get see our room”

“The toilet didn't want to go down and the sink went up the black water Asia above the sheets were burned with cigarettes or other things.”

“They did not have the room that I booked available. No elevator, the wall is falling apart going up the stairs, no rails on the stairs, staircase is only wide enough for one person, a small person. Rooms are very small.”
