“The staff was really nice as other travelers' reports. However, the accommodation was disappointing. There was no chair in the room. You know, everyone get dirty and dusty after a tour in El Nido. You don't offer a chair, now that visitors can not help but sit on the floor or the bed. The towels were yellowish. The stream of tap water was very unsteady. “The staff was very accomodating with our requests and informative with activities we can do around the resort. The place was very quiet and was able to provide me with a much needed break from a busy life. The views were amazing. All in all, it was an amazing experience made easier by their staff. As this is an "off-grid" stay out in the outbacks of Palawan, a bit of dust and dirt everywhere is expected. But the staff made efforts to provide us with anything we needed to stay comfortable. ”
