"This is a beautiful hotel with striking architecture. We had a really great meal at the restaurant. We can't think of anything that should be improved."

"Stay was just okay. The room I was initially assigned had no thermostat control and the heating system was pumping way too much hot air. (It had to be over 80 degrees.) It was also not very clean and worn down. I’m grateful to the staff that took steps to correct the situation, but it didn’t occur without some convincing (and really pleading) that the accommodations were not acceptable for anyone. My next room was an improvement, but the hotel is showing its age and they’re undergoing a renovation. Might be willing to give it another chance after the reno."

"I loved the space. Me and my friend had a great time staying here while in town for a convention. The kitchen was great, I just wish there was more food in the lobby shop to make. The prices of items were also a bit much, but not that bad. Overall, we loved the room. Everything was clean, the bed was comfy, the space was large and comfortable, would stay again!"

"Staff was great. The beds were small . We booked two queen beds and we got what felt like two full beds instead. The toilet was running when we got there but they sent someone up to fix it right away and it was fine after that."
