"Disappointing stay – major cleanliness and noise issues I stayed here last Saturday night and unfortunately cannot recommend this hotel. There were several issues that made our stay uncomfortable: Cleanliness: We found a cockroach by the coffeemaker, and the carpet throughout the room was visibly dirty. Noise: The air conditioning unit was extremely loud, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Service: The staff member serving breakfast was very rude and unprofessional. Overall, the lack of hygiene and poor service was unacceptable. I won’t be returning."

"Unsanitary, cleaning ladies are loud laughing & talking. She was suppose to clean the whole room and told us well have to do so before cleaning. Okay, no problem but ask nicely, dont demand. Tv was broke ask asked for extra pillows and received none. Dont stay here. The hotel needs upgrading and a nice cleaning. Look at the outside of it. Then ull kn I w what the unside is like too."
