“We had a wonderful stay! The house was absolutely adorable, clean, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The location was perfect—super convenient to everything in Waterloo while still being in a quiet area. The host was fantastic to work with, providing great communication before and during our stay. When we walked in the house smelled so bad. The air purifier didn’t do the job. There was a left in the toilet, two tissues in the Kleenex box with no more to be found, stains on the shower curtain, stains on the side table in the front bedroom, not talking little stains on either. That said, the bathroom sink was unusable because the faucet didn't produce water, and the in-sink soap dispenser was empty.
