“Location to the attractions we wanted to see was perfect! It is a simple place and we liked that feature. I only have a caution to others that if you drive a lower car be careful when parking. Most normal vehicles will have little to no problem.”

“Great place to stay in St. Louis! Host Pam, was very communicative! Checked in with us before our arrival and provided help quickly! St. Louis was experiencing extreme heat while we were there and our group had a person using the pull out sofa bed where the air didn't circulate as well. Asked for a stand fan and it was brought very quickly. Would highly recommend and stay here again!!”

“What a lovely spot! The Rock House was perfect for five of us. It’s a little smaller than we realized from the pictures but had everything we needed and tries so hard to make everything perfect. With so much to do in St. Louis we just needed a place to rest and recharge and that’s exactly what we got, plus a ton of extras no other rental I’ve ever stayed in offered. "Drury might not be a luxury hotel, but it is the most generous and responsible hotel I have ever stayed with. This hotel really complies its aim to create happy customers. In my view, they do it much better than those 4-star and 5-star hotels. Drury offers not only free hot breakfast, but also simple hot dinner (though they called it “snack”). Good coffee is provided at lobby all day. No resort fee. Over night parking is the only extra charge. The parking lot conveniently located to an attached building and is safe. The location is perfect and safe. It locates just next to the aquarium. Staff are friendly and very helpful and they do know how to comply the hotel’s policy (to create happy customers). Our AC in room was out of order at 5AM during hot summer. We were waken up by the heat. We called the front desk, but at that time, they can only sent a big fan up to the room for us, as the maintenance staff would only be available at 8:00. When we checked out, the front desk knew our experience, and told us that they would return what we had paid. They returned the room and parking charges, as well as the deposit right after we checked out. We were impressed with how the hotel's frontline staff handled this issue. We will definitely choose to stay with Drury Hotels. This is the most generous and responsible hotel we ever experienced. They truly care about their customers."
