「Wow! We stayed at Ishq for the final night of our two week honeymoon in Sri Lanka. We were absolutely blown away with how gorgeous the property were. Photos don’t do it justice! 「This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel, I basically like this hotel because I feel it new, model, clean. I recommend to all my colleague who need to go to Sri Lanka.

「The staff need to be re-trained. House keeping was inconsistent - four towels, then two. Six waters, then none. Laundry had to be chased. The staff at the breakfast restaurant were appalling. Cutting in front all the time when walking, standing in groups talking whilst we were trying to open doors. Being told to move tables! Unhelpful at best. This is not a five star experience. Not even close.」
