“The staff were excellent, attentive, and very helpful, especially with arranging local tours. The half-day backwaters boat tour was a highlight and highly recommended, and the resort grounds were lovely and quiet. The main disappointment was the Alleppey tour, as we were not told in advance that the coir factory, museum, and palace were closed on Monday, which made the long drive less worthwhile. “Excellent location for beach walks , shacks, late evenings to watch sunset from beach with a drink. Staff can't do enough, really helpful. Taxes at resort are 18% , though that is the same in all. Avoid wine unless you're happy pay about £16 a glass.”

“Very good property located ideally close to the lake but on the quieter side giving the best of both the worlds. Rooms are very cosy, near, clean and satisfactory amenities. Good restaurant with nice and good spread of food. Staff is very cooperative and helpful. I would suggest staying at this property than staying close to main lake area which is quite crowded and noisy. This property has great location.
