Perfect location, in the heart of it all, Privacy within condo layout with each en-suite bedroom separated by family area, and a lovely balcony with entrance from living room and bedroom. We loved this mini vaca spot.

Cute property in a great location

We had a great stay at this property. We were looking for a quiet getaway and this location delivered! The beach is walking distance and the property has a really nice pool. There's an abundance of shops and restaurants within a short walk as well. The property manager is really quick to respond and very polite. They were very accommodating and allowed us to have a late check out on the day we were leaving for a minimal cost. I would highly recommend this location and would definitely stay there again if I'm back in Melbourne.

Great location

First time renting in Melbourne and first time staying in condo. Both experiences for us were excellent. Location is close to beach and you truly can walk there. Several restaurants close and walkable. Condo is small but more than adaquate. Nice size bedrooms with walkin closets. Very quiet building area. Nice walking around apartments and condos. The property managers were extremely responsive to any requests. Pickleball at Jimmy Moore park is close also. Great time for us!!

Great management!

This is a great location. Close to all the good stuff and minutes away from the beaches. We also love the set up. It’s small but both of the two rooms has its own bathroom so that was very convenient for our family and our daughter loved having an en-suite. When we arrived I noticed that the cleaning job wasn’t great. It was purely a surface cleaning meaning that the floors near the walls and around the toilets were still dirty as was the top of the fridge (which you need to use because it’s an extremely tiny kitchen and there’s no pantry space). But…management was on top of it and they sent someone out to reclean. Our coffee maker also happened to break on the first day but they replaced that right away. I was a little nervous at first but we ended up loving it and will definitely be back.

The property was well decorated and it was nice to have washer/dryer and 2 bathrooms. It was fairly well stocked with necessities. However, improvements could be made on cleaning the floors and carpet. It would also be nice to have a step stool for short people:)

Very nice and clean!

Great property! We very much enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and accessible. Plenty of beach towels and toiletries. Host was very responsive and helpful when we needed anything. Will recommend and stay again in the future. Thank you!

Maintenance Neglect

We stayed here 24 days. Lots of problems (slow drains, electrical outlet not working, key light bulb out, broken window, broken slat on blinds, AC filter very dirty (last serviced years ago), extremely uncomfortable furniture, no dressers to put clothing. We notified Beachside VR several times. Maintenance came once, fixed some items, failed on others. Management apologized several times and said they were sending someone but never did. If you want to spend your vacation in uncomfortable chairs/sofa and without a place to put your clothes and assorted items. Or if you want to wait for maintenance people who never come, this is the place for you. Apologies are nice, but action needs to accompany them.

Klasse Appartement und super Ausstattung. Alles da, was man braucht. Neu und modern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gleich nebenan Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Kurzer Weg zum Beach (Stühle, Schirm, Strandhandtücher und Strandspielzeug ebenfalls vorhanden).
