"When checking in we found out that the pool was not open, not sure why, but that was disappointing because we had excited kids ready to swim. But the stay was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was great and the young man working breakfast was so awesome! We needed help a couple of times and he went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed and was so nice and didn’t act bothered by us one bit. His hospitality made our day! "

"Older hotel but clean and recently painted room. Very convenient to Joshua Tree NP West Entrance and to the handful of eateries and shops in the town of Joshua Tree. Trip was to take photos in NP so spent very little waking time in the room. Excellent value for the price. "

"Clean room, good location for our visit to Joshua Tree NP. Quick check-in. Room was spacious with a large bathroom. TV remote did not work well. Room had a fridge and microwave. Good parking. Room key did not work in side and back entrances. Staff said that issue is known and is being looked into."
