Gorgeous one bedroom suit with large balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean! There is a community pool or a beautiful beach just steps away. The unit has a kitchenette and a washer and dryer. The village shops and restaurant are within a mile of the property. Vero Beach is just a 5 minute drive with boutiques and all types of restaurants . Disney world is 90 minutes away and Palm beach is an hour.

Beach view was perfect, slept with sliding door open and listened to the ocean waves at night. Furniture is comfortable and apartment was clean. Kitchen is very small and tight to work in but many good restaurants in the area. Host was responsive. A cheat sheet on the complex would be a nice addition, just indicating where outdoor shower, trash and recycling are located and any other rules. Overall a great week, and we will return.

The location was just what we were looking for for a few days! There were some maintenance issues that needed attention, which we told owner about.. I'd take a flashlight.. lights in hallway that lead to entrance to condo were not on.. at night this was disconcerting. The pool area is lovely!!

Great location

Property not maintained. Cluttered, electrical outlets are not working in kitchen, bathroom and main living area.Could be terrific but too many partially functioning items TV Remote, freezer in the refrigerator and storage for renters . Very frustrating cluttered with owners personal items.

The unit was like a super-sized king suite. Nicely appointed. All the comforts of home. And the lanai was amazing. Loved having coffee/breakfast each morning overlooking the beautiful beach and Atlantic. And for President's Day week, we were surprised how uncrowded the beaches and pool were. And Elizabeth was very helpful and communicative prior to check in. We'll definitely be returning.

Location Location

The location for this studio condo is way over the top. Gated entrance and private. Condo Unit is on the 2nd floor and balcony faces the ocean just steps away. We kept the sliding glass door open every night to hear the ocean waves. The one and only downside are the furnishings. Way too much furniture in the unit and some of it needs to be replaced. The bed however was very good. We would stay here again.

Spring Break Getaway

My granddaughter and I enjoyed our stay and condo. The walk to the beach was short and many restaurants and activities were a short distance away. The condo was as described and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped. There was beach towels and the washer/dryer was very handy.

John’s Island gem!

Never received full refund

After booking this condo and paying for three nights — I was sent a email cancelling my third night. I contacted the owner who said she had reserved the third night on a competing booking service to somebody else. I was refunded only the charges for the room, but not 1/3 the total cost. It turns out VRBO doesn’t refund its fees, but I shouldn't have to pay the difference, since it wasn’t my mistake. The owner never volunteered to cover my loss from their mistake! So it ended up that the total cost of the room each day was far too expensive.

Had a wonderful vacation!

The condo was very comfortable and had everything that we needed. It was a plus having a washer/dryer. We loved the oceanfront view from the spacious patio. The complex was very quiet and nicely landscaped. It was nice being steps away from the beach to go on walks. Elizabeth was always quick to get back to us with any questions we had. We would definitely be interested in booking again the next time we’re in the Vero Beach area.

Vero Beach Great Experience

The beach was steps away, and at night you could hear the waves as if you had a sleeping bag on the beach. Security was great as was the heated pool. Everything in the condo was as described and it was clean. The decor needs serious updating but overall we had a great vacation.

Fantastic view

We had a wonderful time. The condo is very ckean and comfortable. We loved sitting on the balcony to eat breakfast and in the evening to relax. We were lucky to be there when Cape Canaveral launched two rockets. Watched one from the balcony and one from the beach. We spent time on the beach every day. It was uncrowded and perfect for walking. The kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, dishes and glasses and the pantry had salt and pepper. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was fully stocked. We would definitely stay again when we are in the area.

Spectacular View and Property

We enjoyed a quick and relaxing weekend and the view from the second floor balcony is breathtaking. The property is immaculate and resort style. Caution when using resort facilities/dining next door as "club rules" require a certain dress code which we were not aware of.

Wave serenade

Fabulous vacation for us. Right on the beach. Nothing like going to sleep with sounds of the ocean. Property is sophisticated and immaculate. Vero is very enjoyable also. Highly recommend for couples get-away.
