The space

The first floor features a small kitchen with adjoining coffee bar, and a large living room that opens to an enormous dining room.

The dining room boasts a gorgeous original crystal chandelier and stained glass window. If you need privacy (office workspace, for example), this room can be closed off to the rest of the first floor with two original pocket doors.
