“I loved the location- we picked this hotel because of the great reviews ! Hotel was not clean at all - had to have my room changed because of a situation- just not clean at all ! Staff were friendly and helpful”

“Parking you do have to pay $40 but it has in and out privileges so that was nice and it’s right into the building didn’t have to go far. The room was very clean and the staff was okay I did wait about 15mins in line to get Checked in when there was only 2 people in front of me. Overall 9/10”

“Pros: Beds were super comfortable and breakfast was the best we had on our 5 day road trip. Property was convenient to restaurants by walking and next door to stadium. They do have cameras on the parking lot right beside the hotel. Cons: Very loud as it’s right by the highway and busy streets. Walls are very thin so we could hear the tv from next door. Bathroom needed more cleaning as hair was in the tub. Also the shower faced out both times it was cleaned so be careful when you turn it……

“Very nice staff”

“Rooms were run down, dirty. Finger prints everywhere. The paint peeling in shower, dust in the corners and vent registers. Manager saw and nothing. Only good thing was breakfast. The times were late beginning at 7:30am on weekends like people have nothing to do but sleep…”

“Clean and located in a great area Literally walking distance everywhere and located directly in front of hainbridge stadium. We didnt have anyone come by amd replace towels or get trash. Not sure if we had to ask or what. They give towels when we asked. All staff on site was helpful and kind. Beds were not bad. The sofa pulled out It was a tad firm but not terrible. We parked im public parking garage next building over for half the price of valet.”

“The soap dispenser in the shower was empty and the shampoo was not even there. The dispenser was not even on the wall. Couldn’t use the coffee pot as some of the components were missing! Seems like it was very quickly gone through. One of the water bottles that they bragged about having in the room was opened and partly empty. The coffee table was very dirty.”
