“Super clean lots of stuff to do within walking distance”

“Beds were very comfy, valet was convenient and so was the location.”

“The kitchen staff and housekeeping staff were really good and helpful. Front desk, not so much. Public restroom off the breakfast area was infested with sewer flies. I thought they were black spots on the wall and then realized they were about two dozen black flies. Nasty!! Breakfast food was good. Elevator is extremely slow and HVAC in room was hard to manage and keep temperature consistent. The location was decent, but a lot of homeless in the area. Not sure I’ll stay there again. ……

“Clean and located in a great area Literally walking distance everywhere and located directly in front of hainbridge stadium. We didnt have anyone come by amd replace towels or get trash. Not sure if we had to ask or what. They give towels when we asked. All staff on site was helpful and kind. Beds were not bad. The sofa pulled out It was a tad firm but not terrible. We parked im public parking garage next building over for half the price of valet.”

“Stayed here during Gen Con and it’s always my go to for the event. The entire hotel goes with the theme and staff are always so helpful. It’s a convenient location for the convention center, but also for restaurants and things, too, both inside and outside the hotel. 10/10 would recommend, especially during Gen Con.”

“The hotel Is beautiful, very quiet . Wonderful boutique coffee shop on site with very tasty breakfast sandwiches. Convenient to the Garage Food Hall which offers many made to order food items . Fun !”
