Perfect for our needs.

We had 14 family members in for a wedding. The house worked well for all of us. Excellent location, well appointed, and easy to use.

Family Gathering

Great location for a family gathering. House was very clean. Plenty of towels and washcloths. Nice supply of kitchen items. We appreciated the round table in the dining room. We recommend the property.

Big house in ritzy locale.

Some confusion owing to flaws in description of bunkbed room. Local owner responded quickly to other concerns once we reported them. Overall it was a good stay.

Great Stay for Indy 500 Weekend

Cam’s place was perfect for our group for the Indy 500 weekend. There was plenty of space for everyone and a huge yard to enjoy. I would definitely stay here again with a big group!

Corporate Retreat

Property is in need of updating. Outdoor area of property is not kept up. We had to hurry up and try to clean the exterior of patio prior to team arrival.There were no trash bags or towels for all guest staying. Pool was filthy upon arrival. Pool man did come late afternoon and did a great job cleaning.Communication online through VRBO was not received by property manager. Once I called property manager, the communication was much better. Mice were present in kitchen area.

Great location for our needs but….

The air conditioning did not work up stairs, which seemed to be an issue before our stay. Since there were fans in every room. The sheets from previous stay were still in the washer. The home had many “poorly” done repairs and had a hole in the dining room wall. The garbage containers were packed from the previous tenants, which made it difficult for us to get rid of our garbage. I would say the AC was the worst part! Very uncomfortable at night .
