"Overall, a great hotel! The property was very clean, smelled wonderful, and met my expectations. I’m very particular about where I stay, and this hotel did not disappoint. My only complaint is that breakfast was not included in the stay. With the cost of hotels these days, I feel breakfast should be complimentary. When you factor in the additional cost of feeding my family, it makes more sense to spend an extra $20 per night at a hotel that includes breakfast and makes it easily accessible for everyone."

"The hotel is beautiful and everything is clean. Nice rooms. Spacious It’s a nice ten minute walk from Lucas Oil Stadium for a concert or game. I only have a couple of things that were frustrating. The hotel is on the whole other side then what the address actually tell us. That was very frustrating. When finding the parking, the code would not scan for a good couple of minutes. It then finally worked. It was very dark in the parking garage It was very hard for me to see down there. Then when getting something at the market our cashier was a little rude. I also thought it was a little weird there were no microwaves in the hotel rooms. Other than that it was a beautiful place to stay."

"Overall a very clean hotel, but some areas in the room needed some attention such as a spot on the dry way ceiling above the bed. Most disappointed in the lack of complimentary continental breakfast as that is partially why I booked over a similar hotel and it was not actually available- was told $20 across the way at the Marriott. Staff were really friendly and nice though!"

"Very clean and comfy room and excellent breakfast. Emily at the desk was fantastic and so helpful. We asked to extend checkout to take care of business we had and it was no problem. We had to call and ask again to extend checkout to 1pm and she was super helpful. The only negative experience was when we arrived back to our room just before 1:00, the cleaning lady was sitting outside our room, on the floor with her cleaning cart and vacuum in front of our door. She looked at me and said are you 301 and I said yes. She then tells me how she's been sitting there waiting for me half an hour because I'm "so late" and how we were her last room and have made her sit there and wait for us. My husband came up a few minutes later and she looks at him and tells him that she's been waiting for him for 30 minutes and that she was supposed to leave already. INCREDIBLY RUDE. She needs to be taught some customer service manners. It is very obviously a family-owned hotel and she's related, so I'm sure it was of no use to even complain about it. But Best Western should probably be aware that the older cleaning lady doesn't need to tell GUESTS who were granted permission to late check out how much we've inconvenienced her!"
