There was only 1 staff member and was not at the counter when entering. Had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to check me in. They were pleasant and professional when they came to help. The hotel is beautiful. The room was clean and roomy . However, the hotel is definitely undergoing renovation with the new transition to a Marriott style. The safety latches need work and there was a leak in the bathroom sink so water ran all over the floor. Overall the place is clean, safe and quiet and pet friendly.

Great hidden gem! Clean! Decor absolutely different and took my breath away ( being located in Indianapolis!) beds & pillows comfortable. Bathroom beautiful with updated newer fixtures and beautiful sliding doors. They didn’t go the cheap route with their fixtures ! Large tv with streaming service. Would definitely stay again and recommend!

This property was a surprise. What I saw from the outside, isn't what I thought the inside would look like. The hotel inside was beautiful. The bar was nice and updated and the lobby was very well maintained. The room was very nice and was clean.

The room was functional, but not great. our door didn't lock unless we slammed it, dogs on our floor were disruptive all night, and the "complimentary" breakfast ended at least 40 minutes before the stated time. The staff we interacted with were nice for the most part, but the experience overall leaves much to be desired.
