Beautiful home, very comfortable!

Check in and check out was a breeze. The house is in a wonderful location and beautifully decorated. Plenty of household items in abundance! Was great to stay at a place that didn't require a whole bunch of cleaning before leaving, too. Just had to empty trash and run the dishwasher. Definitely recommend!

Great property in a lovely neighborhood. We walked to the Monon trail and into Broad Ripple for dinner one evening. Also very nice neighborhood for walking our dog. Enjoyed the back porch every morning for coffee, and the backyard was a safe space for our pet, no gaps in the fence. Only downside for our visit is that it wasn't quite as pet friendly as advertised in terms of use of space (had to keep our dog out of downstairs area where games and large TV etc. were available, plus off all inside furniture.

Cozy place that was very well maintained. Nice kitchen and ability to cook meals easily. Good location as well being in Broad Ripple. Communication with the owner was great and timely. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in this area for a trip.

Cozy and clean

We went to Broad Ripple for a family wedding. The nice home was conveniently located and was clean, well appointed with everything we needed - including a pack & play for my 18 month old grandson. The hot tub was fun and the downstairs bedroom/ bath and family room was a perfect quiet spot for the baby to sleep. Carol was extremely responsive to all our questions. Thanks for a lovely wedding weekend!
